Our Team

Jas Ludlow
Lead Clinical Exercise Physiologist & Clinic Director
Jas discovered the therapeutic power of exercise through her own journey with complex chronic health conditions and persistent pain. After years of unsuccessful physiotherapy treatments, she decided to take her health into her own hands – quite literally. This led her to complete a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University, followed by a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University, where she received multiple Executive Dean’s Awards for academic excellence.
Frustrated by her own poor experiences with healthcare providers, Jas made it her mission to change how people experience injury and chronic condition management. She’s passionate about offering care that’s evidence-based, empathetic, and tailored to the real person – not just their diagnosis.
Jas’ combination of lived experience and professional expertise allows her to design exercise-based interventions that are practical, achievable, and genuinely life-changing. Her hands-on work with people managing chronic illnesses and complex injuries has helped countless clients regain independence, confidence, and quality of life.
These experiences give Jas a deep understanding of the physical, social, emotional, and psychological impacts of injury and illness. This insight shapes her approach to rehabilitation – ensuring every program considers the demands of her clients’ sports, work, and lifestyle. Her goal is simple: to help every client return to the things they love stronger, fitter, and more capable than before their setback.
In 2022, Jas founded Revitalise Health & Rehab to put an end to the all-too-common poor experiences people have with healthcare. The clinic was built on the belief that everyone deserves to be heard – without judgement – and to receive care that genuinely supports their goals, no matter how complex their health challenges may be. Through this vision, Jas continues to create a safe, empowering space where clients can feel seen, supported, and revitalised.

Julia Pazkowski
Senior Dietician & Nutritionist
Julia joins the Revitalise team as an absolute weapon in her field, bringing over a decade of experience as a Dietitian and Registered Nutritionist. With extensive clinical knowledge and a reputation for achieving real, lasting results, Julia is our go-to clinician for complex health conditions and chronic diseases.
Her passion for nutrition began as a teenager, after developing food intolerances and experiencing first-hand how dietary restrictions can affect daily life. Later, after navigating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Dysautonomia, Julia developed a truly holistic and compassionate approach to health – one that combines evidence-based care with a genuine understanding of what it’s like to live with ongoing health challenges.
Julia is known for her no-nonsense, practical style. She works closely alongside clients to deliver individualised, evidence-based nutrition plans that are both effective and sustainable. She understands that life isn’t lived in a textbook – and tailors every plan to balance both clinical and personal needs.
And outside the clinic? Julia is also a professional national model, bringing the same poise, professionalism, and dedication to her creative work as she does to her clients. She’s proof that science and style can absolutely go hand in hand. When she is not working as a Dietitian or model, Julia is a busy mum to two teenage children.
If you’re navigating a rare or complex condition, or simply need guidance from someone who really knows their stuff, Julia is the clinician you want in your corner.

Chelsey Johnson
Occupational Therapist
Chelsey completed a Bachelor of Applied Science/Master of Occupational Therapy at La Trobe University. She has experience working with both paediatric and adult clients across community services and private practice, and has spent the past 6 years working in the disability and NDIS space with people with a wide range of needs.
Chelsey is all about helping people get back to doing the things they need, want, and love in everyday life. She has a passion for supporting people to build independence, confidence, and a better quality of life in ways that actually fit them as individuals.
Having both professional and personal experience navigating complex health conditions, including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Dysautonomia, Chelsey brings a really grounded and understanding approach to her work. It’s shaped her passion for personalised care and tailored plans that meet people where they’re at.
When she’s not working, you’ll usually find Chelsey at home with her dogs Yoshi and Yuna, playing games, hanging out with friends, or just enjoying a quiet night in.

Ned Mazzochi
Physio
Meet Ned, our physio who’s just as dedicated to studying as he is to helping his clients move and feel better. He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Monash University and is now taking things a step further – currently studying a Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine at Monash’s Churchill campus.
Ned has a strong interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation, as well as neurological rehab, and loves working with clients to get them back doing what they enjoy most.
When he’s not in the clinic or buried in textbooks, Ned is all about sport. He’s a (very loyal, slightly unlucky) Carlton supporter and follows cricket, tennis, and swimming just as closely. If he’s not watching sport, you’ll probably find him in the gym or the pool – he’s big on weightlifting and powerlifting too.

Josh Anderson
Exercise Physiologist
Josh is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES) and Exercise & Sports Science Australia Member.
With both a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sport Science and a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, Josh brings years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. He’s worked with everyone from athletes chasing performance goals to locals managing chronic pain, heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
Josh brings a calm, focused, and steady approach to everything he does, helping clients feel supported and confident while working toward their goals.
When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him in the gym, on the soccer field, or relaxing with family and friends

Izzy Stanley
Clinic Manager
With over six years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Izzy brings a wealth of knowledge in movement, motivation, and helping people feel confident in their bodies. Holding a Certificate III & IV in Personal Training and a Business Degree from Griffith University, she combines brains, energy, and heart in everything she does.
Izzy is known for her infectious enthusiasm, empathy, and ability to make everyone feel seen, heard, and supported.
As our Clinic Manager, Izzy is also the steady force behind the scenes, making sure everything – and everyone – runs smoothly. She supports the team day-to-day, checks in to ensure everyone feels valued and heard, and keeps the clinic operating like a well-oiled machine. From problem-solving on the fly to fine-tuning processes and boosting team morale, Izzy is the glue that holds it all together.
Quick-thinking and fast on her feet, Izzy brings both energy and efficiency to every session – you’ll probably hear her before you see her, thanks to her booming voice that somehow carries through every corner of the clinic.
And when she’s not in the clinic? You’ll find her perfecting her extremely specific coffee order (one pump of caramel and a sprinkle of fairy dust, thank you very much). It’s all part of the magic that makes Izzy, well… Izzy.

Chelsey Sadler
Allied Health Assistant & Third Year Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science Student
Chelsey is a valued member of our team, working as an Allied Health Assistant while completing her third year of a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. With her sights set on continuing into a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, she is building an incredible foundation of knowledge and hands-on experience that already shines through in her work with clients.
She works closely alongside our Allied Health Clinicians, providing exceptional support to our Allied Health Assistance and Support Work clients, while approaching everything with care and professionalism.
Behind the scenes, she’s always willing to lend a hand and contributes positively to our team culture with her reliability and warm nature. Her passion for learning and dedication to delivering high-quality care make her an exciting clinician to watch as she progresses in her career.
Outside the clinic, you’ll most likely find Chelsey out at Gormandale FNC, out on the netball court playing A Grade, or coaching the youth teams – bringing that same focus, teamwork, and steady energy she’s known for inside our walls.

Karae Christensen
Admin & Clinic Superstar
Karae is part of our front of house admin team and is one of those people who instantly makes the clinic feel calmer the moment she walks in. Her kind and gentle nature helps create a sense of ease and reassurance for both clients and the team throughout the day.
She supports the smooth running of the clinic behind the scenes, helping with appointments, enquiries, and day-to-day admin tasks. Her thoughtful and steady approach means things are always handled with care and attention.
Karae is known for her kindness, warmth, and ability to bring a sense of calm to even the busiest days, making her a much-loved part of the team and clinic environment.

Alison Heffernan
Admin & Clinic Superstar
Alison is one of the friendly faces of our front of house team, helping keep the clinic running smoothly day to day. She plays a key role in making sure everything flows well behind the scenes, supporting both clients and clinicians so the clinic operates at its best.
Her calm and efficient approach means things are always in good hands, and the team can rely on her to keep everything on track.
Outside of work, Alison is currently studying a Double Degree Bachelor of Law and Arts. She brings that same focus, drive, and sharp thinking into the clinic every day. She’s a true go-getter who balances work and study with impressive dedication.
She also keeps the clinic atmosphere light, with a great sense of humour and quick wit that regularly has the team laughing – even on the busiest days.

Luna
Canine Assisted Exercise Physiology Assistant
Luna is an 18-month-old Kelpie x German Shorthaired Pointer who is training to provide Canine-Assisted Exercise Physiology sessions alongside her owner, Jas. Together, they help clients achieve better outcomes – whether it’s improving balance, supporting children to overcome fear of uneven surfaces, or offering comfort and motivation to those managing anxiety and chronic conditions.
Luna has already proven herself to be both resilient and inspiring. Just two weeks after Jas and her better half rescued Luna, she suffered a severe injury, breaking both her tibia and fibula at only 15 weeks old. She underwent extensive, complex surgery and has been rehabbing her leg ever since – with a little help (and a lot of love) from Jas. Her experience gives her a special kind of empathy for anyone going through their own rehabilitation journey.
Full of energy and heart, Luna is the clinic’s little ray of sunshine. She loves pats, adores cuddles even more, and her favourite cue is “middle” – that’s her signal to snuggle right into your chest for a proper hug.
Because she’s still young, Luna currently works reduced hours while she continues her training – which means her sessions book out fast! Even so, she’s already become an irreplaceable part of the Revitalise Health & Rehab team, helping create the relaxed, comforting, and joyful environment we pride ourselves on.
We’re always on the lookout for great clinicians (and even better humans) to join our team. No matter your allied health profession or area of expertise, if you’re passionate about helping clients achieve outstanding results and want to be part of a clinic that puts its clinicians first, we’d love to hear from you.
At Revitalise Health & Rehab, we’re an one-of-a-kind multidisciplinary team with a strong focus on learning, collaboration, and professional growth.
If this sounds like you, please reach out to Jas at admin@revitalisehealthandrehab.com. To show your amazing attention to detail, put the email subject header as ‘Flying Tacos,’ you’ll absolutely win bonus points with the team.
