Occupational therapy (OT)

Our Occupational Therapists work alongside both children and adults to support a wide range of conditions, helping with things like daily living skills, emotional regulation, sensory processing, and building independence at home, school or work. It’s practical, personal support that empowers you to do more of what matters most – your way.

Our OT’s Support:

Therapy Sessions

Our Occupational Therapists work with both adults and children, delivering routine-based, practical therapy sessions that build skills, confidence and consistency in everyday life. Sessions cover both practical and emotional skills, and are designed to be functional and relevant to each client’s world. The focus is always on real-life settings and goals that genuinely matter to the people we work with.

Functional Capacity Assessments

Our clinicians also complete Functional Capacity Assessments, giving you a clear picture of your abilities and needs to support your NDIS goals and funding requests.

Assistive Technology Reports

We provide comprehensive AT reports (and equipment trials) to support you to access the equipment and the supports you need to improve independence, safety and participation in daily life.

What our therapy sessions look like:

  • Emotional regulation and coping strategies – helping manage big emotions, anxiety or overwhelm in daily life
  • Sensory processing support – identifying sensory triggers and building strategies to manage them at home, school or in the community
  • Daily living skills – things like dressing, cooking, personal care and household routines
  • Fine and gross motor skill development – particularly for children, supporting handwriting, coordination, and play skills
  • Community access and participation – building skills and confidence to get out and engage with the community
