Join our unique group training experience

Where you’ll receive a personalised workout program that you can complete while training alongside others in a motivating, supportive setting.

After completing an initial consultation with either our Exercise Physiologist or Personal Trainer, you’ll be given a program tailored specifically to you.

Each session is held in a friendly, encouraging environment where others are working through their own personalised plans alongside you.

Our coaches are there to guide you, make adjustments, and ensure you’re progressing effectively. It’s your workout, your pace – delivered in a group setting. 

Our group class times each week are:

  • Monday’s at 12:45pm
  • Thursday’s at 8:15am
