Unit 2 12-13 Nefertiti Court, Traralgon

Injuries

At Revitalise Health & Rehab, we provide personalised care for people recovering from both new and long-term injuries. Our team of Exercise Physiologists (EP’s) can work with you directly on a private basis, without the need for a referral.

Our Exercise Physiologists are university-qualified, having completed a Bachelors of Exercise and Sports Science, and a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology. This means they bring expertise in strength and conditioning, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles to design safe and effective programs that restore movement, reduce pain, and support your goals. Unlike the common belief that only physiotherapists manage injuries, EPs are highly skilled in this area –  particularly when it comes to sports-related injuries and helping you get back to peak performance.

Whether you’re navigating a fresh injury, addressing an old concern, or even seeking a second opinion if you’re unsure about a previous diagnosis, we’re here to help. Our focus is not just on recovery, but on building resilience and confidence so you can move forward stronger and healthier.

Our Process

Step 1: Hear your story and identify the source of the problem

We take the time to listen to your story, because we know your experiences play a vital role in understanding your pain and how it impacts your life. Our longer appointment times ensure we can understand the full scope of the injury and provide care that’s tailored to your needs.

Step 2: Create a tailored plan for you

We treat you as a whole person, not just your injury. We take into consideration your goals, lifestyle and the factors that influence your everyday life, not just your pain. This allows us to create tailored care and exercise plans that lead to long-term results pain-free.

Step 3 - Support you to being pain free

We’re not here to keep you coming back more than you need to. Our focus is on working with you to achieve lasting results – supporting you on the path to long-term, pain-free living.

Our Exercise Physiologists are movement and rehabilitation specialists who understand how the body performs, adapts, and heals. They use proven training and recovery principles to help you rebuild strength, improve mobility, and return to the activities you love. From sports injuries to long-term pain, they create targeted programs that support safe recovery and lasting results.
