A Dietitian is a University trained Nutritional expert who is able to help you adjust your diet to address your health concerns, whether this be a heart disease, high cholestrol, weight management, or more complex diseases such as Poryphyria or Leaky Gut Syndrome.

Julia, our Head Dietitian, offers online consultations for all your Dietetic and Nutritional needs. Our Dietetic Team accepts Private, NDIS, TAC, Work Cover, Eating Disorder Plans, & Chronic Disease Management Plan (EPCs) based clients.

Julia understands the impact that dietary restrictions can have on quality of life, having developed food intolerances as a teenager, and complex chronic diseases as a young adult. She knows firsthand the challenges and complications that come with managing chronic conditions, and she is dedicated to helping others navigate their health journeys.

When you work with Julia, you can expect personalised care that addresses your unique needs. She will collaborate with you to develop a customised plan that takes into account both clinical and non-clinical priorities. Julia’s approach is evidence-based and patient centered, ensuring her clients receive the highest quality of care.

This is why she is the best at what she does – because she has been through the ugly side of chronic diseases herself, and she doesn’t want her clients to go through it alone. She has had the health issues, the complications, the horrible health-care appointments. She actually gets it. She isn’t just another dietician. She has been in her clients shoes before!
